Mini Momoyama Cantonese Mooncake (NEW!)

Each set contains 8 handmade mini mooncakes made with our Cantonese momoyama skin (2 of each flavour).

• Mango Pomelo with Grapefruit Mooncake

Inspired by Singapore’s favourite mango pomelo dessert, and made with the popular Taiwanese Aiwen mango and candied pomelo zest. Chef also added grapefruit to give the mooncake more balance and zest.

• Peach Jasmine Oolong Mooncake

The result of multiple iterations, Chef has finally devised a tea combination he is happy with. The overall balance of the oolong and jasmine is further enhanced with the candied white peaches. .

• Illy Coffee Lava Mooncake

100% Arabica bean powder from Illy was used to bring out a stronger coffee flavour. Also includes a coffee lava centre.

• Fleur de Cao with Mochi

Inspired by cookies and cream, turned into a mooncake. Made with our signature Fleur de Cao cookies, paired with a Belgian Chocolate lotus paste.
