LLV Signature Sourdough

Storage Suggestion
As our bakes contain no preservatives and are made with only the finest ingredients, it is best to keep them fresh by storing in the freezer/chiller immediately in well-sealed packaging. 

For bakes kept longer than 3 days, they are best to be frozen.

Reheating Suggestions
Reheat loaf in 180ºC oven for 5-8 minutes. If from freezer, defrost 2-3 hours at room temperature and reheat in 180ºC oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Bun & Scones

LLV English Cranberry & Raisin Scones

Storage Suggestion
Buns and Scones should go directly into the fridge, unless they are to be consumed on the next one to two days of purchase.

Reheating Suggestions
You can warm them up in the oven for about 5 minutes for a delicious fluffy texture.

Our Pastry Box can be kept for up to 1 day when stored in room temperature, up to 3 days when stored in the fridge and up to 2 weeks when stored in the freezer.

Reheat in a 160ºC oven for 5-8 minutes if pastries were stored from the fridge.

Storage Suggestion
Store in chiller. Please consume within 2 days. Best consumed on the day of purchase.

Reheating Suggestions
Reheat in a 160ºC oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Storage Suggestion
Recommended to consume within 3 hour of purchase, can be kept for 3 days in the chiller.

Reheating Suggestions
Reheat the bake into a 180ºC oven for 3-5 minutes if it was left in room temperature.

For savoury bakes, reheat in 160 – 180ºC oven for 10 minutes, then allow to rest in room temperature for 5 minutes.

Please note that the ideal reheating time/temperature will vary based on the oven/appliance, so carefully monitor as it heats!
