Storage & Reheating Suggestion

Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight in ambient temperature.

Heat up in a pre-heated oven at 160°c for 5 to 8 minutes for optimal flakiness and texture.

OR

Keep in the freezer at -12°c within 1 day of purchase, for up to 21 days.

Heat up in a pre-heated oven at 160°c for 8 to 10 minutes for optimal flakiness and texture.

 

Storage Suggestion

Keep in the freezer at -12°c or below, within 1 hour of purchase, for up to 2 weeks 
OR keep in the refrigerator at 0°c to 4°c for up to 3 days.

Reheating Suggestions
Before serving, please defrost in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before consumption.


• Do not refreeze.

Reheat the bake into a 180ºC oven for 3-5 minutes if it was left in room temperature.

For savoury bakes, reheat in 160 – 180ºC oven for 10 minutes, then allow to rest in room temperature for 5 minutes.

Wrap viennoiseries tightly, store in a zip lock bag.

Storage Suggestion
As our bakes contain no preservatives and are made with only the finest ingredients, it is best to keep them fresh by storing in the freezer/chiller immediately in well-sealed packaging. 

For bakes kept longer than 3 days, they are best to be frozen.

Reheating Suggestions
Reheat loaf in 180ºC oven for 5-8 minutes. If from freezer, defrost 2-3 hours at room temperature and reheat in 180ºC oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Buns and Scones should go directly into the fridge, unless they are to be consumed on the next one to two days of purchase.

You can warm them up in the oven for about 5 minutes for a delicious fluffy texture.
