Meet The Chef
Founded by the well-heeled Executive Pastry Chef Wythe Soon who honed his baking skills in Japan, he was previously the head baker at Bakery Brera and Keong Saik Bakery.
He has also been named as a World Gourmet Awards Baker of the Year finalist.
Known for his artisanal bakes from insta-worthy cruffins, croissants to light and fluffy panettone made from Italian mother yeast, Chef Wythe is one of the baking maestros who likes to share his baking journey through his travel experiences, be it in search of the finest breads or a mastery of artisanal baking techniques.
Born into a family that runs a traditional Chinese bakery and pastry business in Malaysia, it is little wonder he has cake and pastry making in his blood coursing through his veins.
With this powerful synergy with a youthful and passionate Executive Chef – who loves to be involved in research & development and innovate by fusing premium ingredients in his much sought after artisanal bakes.
