La Levain bakes French croissants and viennoiseries daily at 23 Hamilton Road, in Singapore’s Jalan Besar district.

Every croissant starts with multi-day fermented dough and is layered with premium French butter.

The range runs from the classic French Butter Croissant to bakes you won’t find elsewhere (the Burnt Cheese Croissant, Bobochacha Croissant, and the caramelised Kouign Amann).

Founder Wythe Soon leads the viennoiserie work and pours his meticulous craft into every bake.
